A protective everyday Seeker shell locks into an optional clamshell performance dock with a thin thumb keyboard, shared battery and two detachable controllers.

Protection every day. Performance when wanted.

The phone keeps only a slim co-molded shell and reinforced receiver spine. Every moving, powered and serviceable component stays in the removable dock.

A / EVERYDAY MODULE

Seeker shell

TPU perimeter, PC backplate, camera protection, exposed fingerprint/power control and two tapered receivers with replaceable POM liners. Target mass ≤48 g.

B / PERFORMANCE MODULE

Keyboard + battery + controllers

The full folding mechanism, BLE electronics, power system, 40–44-key board and two slide-out controllers remain together as one optional base.

One shared layer, not a stack of slabs.

The controller bays and central protected battery bay sit side by side under a 0.5–0.7 mm load-spreading plate. Typing loads route around the pouch cell.

03 · Mechanism

Detachable without a fragile laptop hinge.

Two 24 mm tapered receivers couple to a performance-dock torque tube. An over-center cam removes play; an independent safety blocks accidental release.

Magnets may help alignment but carry no credited structural load. The phone's USB-C connector floats on a replaceable flex and is never used to align or retain the device.
04 · Power

One battery powers the base, charges both controllers, and can charge Seeker.

Forward charging and phone output use separate power paths so keyboard and controllers remain active while the phone is powered.

Critical architecture rule: BQ25798 reverse OTG cannot run at the same time as its forward charging path. The MVP therefore specifies a dedicated boost and USB-C source controller for phone output.
